For SDRs there is no training and development, we're on our own. When we ask, we're told we have access to LI Learning. Turnover is high (in the US). Then to hit our insanely high monthly quotas many SDRs were searching & buying RFPs. RVPs don't want to hire SDRs for AE positions (It's been 2 years since an SDR got promoted to an Account Executive role).

Overall decent gig, really depends on your territory though. ELT is adverse to investing in the business, profit above all.
