New Global CRO started Oct 23 who is reorging sales team. Marketing is challenged to compete with much larger competitors and multiple "new" products. Current product strategy is generic while larger competitors have industry verticals with associated collaterals and expertise. It's important to find the fastest path to success for the new product.
