AE quota attainment for the team in the ~20% range over the past year? Rough.  A lot of turn-over as well at Sisense?

Don't work here pal.  They asked me for proof that my father was in a coma. They asked me for proof that my father died. They then denied me time off at the end of the year to perform his one year after death ceremony which is an integral part of my hindu culture.  Disgusting individuals.

The Sales team has seen some attrition over the last year (as in most software companies) and those reps have not been replaced.  The end result is a smaller sales team with a lot more opportunity.  This is a great time to join as we have a new CEO and there's a massive amount of opportunity for each rep (especially compared to a year ago).  But because we are cash-flow positive and not relying on Venture Capital money to survive, it's a good place to be long term with a great value proposition in a very specific niche market where there is clear ROI (and you're not just selling to IT all the time).  I'm not sure about the previous comment re: health issues -- but my experience here has been the opposite -- they are always willing to allow time off especially for family and health reasons (unless it's quarter end -- but that's true everywhere).

20% is pretty spot on. Those 20% are, for the most part, reps who have been with the company for multiple years. They raised everyone’s quota from $600k to $800k at the start of 2023 while simultaneously dropping everyone’s commission rate from 20% to 15%. In the midst of a tech recession = turnover
