My director/manager and team were great. (Speaking only from personal experience while at company) Company provides free meals for 2 out of the three days employees are required to be in office. Free snack bar and drinks that we had access to when in office. Facilities are really nice with lots of rooms to get privacy. Nice amenities such as game rooms, puzzles placed on coffee tables, and 3 ping pong tables to enjoy with coworkers.
Cons:
Training was abysmal. Just two weeks of a high-level overview of the industry and company resources and then thrown into the deep end to survive. The company's main method of training for new hires is to throw them into client accounts and expect higher level employees to assist/train them. Problem is that most Sr. Account managers are constantly swamped leaving the new hires or lower level AM's to learn through their mistakes alone with client accounts that they are given within a few months of starting. I did not feel supported by the company and many mistakes were made that didn't have to had there been adequate training. Browse Other Reviews
