My overall experience has been positive. I’ve consistently met my goals and brought in new business. The organization is proactive in integrating AI into sales and promotes a supportive sales culture. One challenge, however, is the market perception. Many brands and agencies view us as a niche DSP focused on hyper-local targeting rather than a comprehensive, omni-channel platform. As a result, conversations with new prospects often require a lot of education about our capabilities.

Decent tech - but they rely too much on it. AM/CS support is setup in a way where you as the seller will need to actively manage/optimize campaigns very closely - taking you away from selling.
