Decent tech - but they rely too much on it. AM/CS support is setup in a way where you as the seller will need to actively manage/optimize campaigns very closely - taking you away from selling. Zero meaningful inbound leads. Management is solid - no micromanagement, but it's creeping in. Commission structure is not competitive - slightly below avg. Lots of potential for the right type of seller in the right market.

Pros: My director/manager and team were great. (Speaking only from personal experience while at company) Company provides free meals for 2 out of the three days employees are required to be in office.
