Sales comp is not typical or ideal for software. Way too many variables and can take up to 1 year to see commission on deals closed. Wish leadership and HR was more transparent about this during the interview process. Other than that the company is amazing and arguably the best in the industry.

I’ve had a great experience at Signifyd. It’s a challenging role and environment to sell in. But the product and team are stellar, and I believe in the vision and future of the company. Top performers penalized with constantly worsening compensation structure. Many of the best of the sales team trickling out. Product not performing as sold in critical deals.
