Sales comp is not typical or ideal for software. Way too many variables and can take up to 1 year to see commission on deals closed. Wish leadership and HR was more transparent about this during the interview process. Other than that the company is amazing and arguably the best in the industry.

Signifyd is a solid company with good people. There has been some "bumps" in the road & every department is feeling the burn out & a rat race environment. It's "said" to be from economic downturn but, some accountability can be tied to internal constraints (high pricing, product plans, turnover)

Solid company, good PMF. Territories are segmented by vertical, so if you're stuck in a vertical with no PMF tough luck. Inbounds are great and so is partnerships. Great culture & smart people
