The company has a great culture, I don't believe my compensation is at par with other tech roles, and opportunities to learn and grow are fairly limited. The demographic is a bit older.

This is an excellent company for learning and development. There are ample opportunities to show your capabilities and experiment to grow your skill set. Excellent support from management and internal personnel in the company. Compensation is below average for the software sales industry.
