Things are changing in the org, new leadership lacks knowledge and is constantly pushing reps like you are in the commercial or SMB market. Lacks transparency and not many trainings are provided or opportunities to grow. DISW is no longer what it was before in Canada.

It's good company with structure. Not the cheapest product so need to truly build the flu tot he right customers.

My overall experience with Siemens has not been good. There is a complete disconnect from the leadership team on what it takes to be successful in this role.
