My overall experience with Siemens has not been good. There is a complete disconnect from the leadership team on what it takes to be successful in this role. The training program is a joke and not very helpful. Steer clear from working at this organization. Their Target Incentive is far below industry standards and they do not pay their sales reps until they have sold past their quota.

My overall experience at Siemens was fantastic. A global leader in many products and solutions. They have an extremely competent engineering group and are very well structured to be successful.
