Former Employee2.1Mar 5, 2024I learned a lot in this role and I value the experience I gained. The variable comp is where sales execs make the majority of their overall comp, and my last few years at Siemens upper management made drastic cuts to the sales comp plan. The match in the 401k is great.

Current Employee3.1May 15, 2024Things are changing in the org, new leadership lacks knowledge and is constantly pushing reps like you are in the commercial or SMB market. Lacks transparency and not many trainings are provided or opportunities to grow. DISW is no longer what it was before in Canada.

Former Employee3.6May 11, 2024Good company, great products but very complex IC plan with rather low base. No real lead generation concept. Reps are typically within 80-120% of attainment which makes it a stable & predictable job. Competitive landscape is very much set when it comes to market share.
