great product and great coworkers, clueless leadership and frustrating systems - senior leadership continues to gut value from the products, often times with less than 24 hours notice to sales teams - directionless leadership putting millions of dollars of ’investment’ into the teams with no noticeable improvement in out tooling - cro bobby morrison has implemented a compensation structure that has cut salaries significantly across the board including top performers - completely arbitrary salary allotment with new hires making more than others, spreads between teammates of more than $60k - internal movement is stiff, unclear, and chaotically managed - unrealistic quotas, cro is currently trying to see how far he can push each team with only 20% of SMB hitting quota last quarter. - leadership ruined what was once an incredible culture and now just throw buzzwords around, terrible decisions are covered up by ‘thriving on change’
