There is very little leadership from management and high rates or nepotism. If you are one of the untouchables you can make very decent money. Most reps however will never hit plan. Only about 5 percent will make their target on any given month. You will spend a lot of your time.e hating your job and wanting to work elsewhere.

Nepotism was rampant 10% sales force were high achievers frequently made 100k plus. Everyone else was a revolving door.
