My experience overall was a good one. I adored my team and a lot fo the folks I was fortunate to work alongide. Ego within the C-Suite team and People Ops organization was very unfortunate and led to some seriously disrespectful moments. I would have liked to see more thoughtfulness from leadership and awareness of the challenges caused by a lack of product market fit.
