His ego can’t understand why everyone doesn’t want his software. 2 of the 3 biggest customers have moved off and the last customer is likely to churn due to lack of product fit and the sales team ability to manage accounts. Unfortunately, there VP of sales isn’t experienced enough to manage him. 100% sales churn since the company started. They are on their 5th VP of sales.
