Leadership is the most important factor when deciding where to work. ServiceTitan's sales org has terrible senior leadership. They don't take feedback from SDRs or managers. SDRs are not set up for success. SDRs are seen as disposable and regarded as collateral damage. All that matters is maintaining revenue numbers from the AE org. The training the company provides is great. There's a lot of opportunity to learn and grow within every sales role here. The issue is that it's difficult for reps to book meetings because the criteria to book a meeting is so strict. You get about 300 accounts to work with every month, but half of them are DQ'd because they don't the ICP.
