Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My experience with ServiceChannel was great until acquired by Fortive. The sales culture has declined rapidly due to poor senior sales leadership brought in over the last year. I'm not really sure they even know what is being sold or how. Senior leadership has no ability to assist strategically in deals, only knows how to ask when the deal is coming in. The place is a sinking ship under this leadership. Browse Other Reviews
