Back to ReviewsFormer Employee It's a good product, but hard to sell to small and medium sized companies since for them it's more of a nice to have.
The leadership team cares and tries their best, but there are a number of issues never seem to get resolved and sometimes when push came to shove it became apparent that the real focus was on profits, metrics, and pleasing investors. Even at the cost of what was best for employees and what was best for customers.
