Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Leadership could not care less about their employees. Our annual merit increases are a joke. We worked remotely for 4 years and then management got their feelings hurt and retaliated by making us come to the office again 5 days a week. But only certain people, the people they value they allow to work from home. And when I was offered a promotion to a different department the COO denied the pay they offered me for the new position and decreased it by $2/hr. I turned it down and continued looking for a different position. This is the most unbelievable, underhanded management I've ever worked for. Everyone is leaving. They can't keep any of their good employees.
