This company treats you as numbers. I wouldn't recommend it to really anyone unless you want to be in frat culture again.

Diversity and inclusion is a big factor in the jobs i've considered before in the past. I felt included at events and with my coworkers, they do a good job of hiring nice (and talented) people.

I enjoy working here but sometimes the leads are so bad so it’s hard to book things. They normally acknowledge the poor quality of leads and give outbound teams some inbound leads to make up for it. They need to focus on creating a sustainable lead flow for outbound instead of giving us warmer lists. Overall, I have enjoyed my time here but quota is hard to hit...Read More

The company does not care about the employees. You will be fired for doing nothing and they call it a management decision. The lack of stability is mentally draining.
