I will say it's a lot of work, but really worth it if you can stick it out long enough to learn and eventually understand how to sell the product. Tons of career opportunities here.

They normally acknowledge the poor quality of leads and give outbound teams some inbound leads to make up for it. My leaders have been helpful when i truly needed it. but they let me struggle some so that I could figure out what I really needed to know. Most of my co-workers were pleasant but not as talkative as I would have liked. I would love to see more team building exercises and be able to get to know more of my co-workers.
