They over promise on what timelines are to go from training to sales. You basically work for nothing to do someone who is more seniors job and get no support or training.

This place is a churn and burn brokerage. They claim they utilize asset trucks, but they’re all picking their trucks off of DAT and truckstop. And they love hiring college students and overweight, middle-aged men.
