Only consider joining if you very early in your sales journey, the pay and compensation is well below par. The product is complex & extremely expensive compared to more established competitors. Only reason one can stay there for an extended period of time is due to the people (non-management).

Overall my experience was pretty good. Recent change in executive leadership made me want to look elsewhere. Direct managers in America is excellent, but held back by leadership in Dubai. We used to have more autonomy, but that's now changed. Would be good for a junior sales role to get experience.
