Overall my experience was pretty good. Recent change in executive leadership made me want to look elsewhere. Direct managers in America is excellent, but held back by leadership in Dubai. We used to have more autonomy, but that's now changed. Would be good for a junior sales role to get experience.

Company has a great SaaS product that fits well to its target audience of B2B companies. Moreover it has a great culture with international and diverse talent that works together across the globe. Benefits and management could be better but with new leadership and seniors coming in from outside things are changing for the better.

Regions excl the US have a multiple - year long track record of underperforming and are being mismanaged. Quite complex product, almost no support from other parts of the org and questionable added value over much cheaper competitors, say they're SaaS but implementation is 6+ months.
