Moreover it has a great culture with international and diverse talent that works together across the globe. Benefits and management could be better but with new leadership and seniors coming in from outside things are changing for the better.

Former Employee3.0Sep 27, 2023Overall my experience was pretty good. Recent change in executive leadership made me want to look elsewhere. Direct managers in America is excellent, but held back by leadership in Dubai. We used to have more autonomy, but that's now changed. Would be good for a junior sales role to get experience.

The product is complex & extremely expensive compared to more established competitors. Only reason one can stay there for an extended period of time is due to the people (non-management).
