Moreover it has a great culture with international and diverse talent that works together across the globe. Benefits and management could be better but with new leadership and seniors coming in from outside things are changing for the better.

Direct managers in America is excellent, but held back by leadership in Dubai. We used to have more autonomy, but that's now changed. Would be good for a junior sales role to get experience.
