Great product and company but the sales org was not well structured. They went to a fixed book model and many books were not able to achieve quota.

Good company in the US. Worst company to work for in EMEA. Poor product market fit in Germany, France and NL/BE. Poor flexibility to win the market from sr. management. Nobody makes their quota unless on ramp, if at all. Middle management ignoring signals from the field while knowing we have a huge problem in EMEA.
