If you have a bad book or territory you will not be successful in the role. Salesforce data is extremely inaccurate and manipulated by reps in seat. You can expect 1 inbound lead every 3-6 months. It is not an even playing field whatsoever in terms of opportunity to overachieve. Reps are burnt out and tired of only making their base which is extremely low. People are quitting all the time because quotas are unattainable. Leadership doesn’t seem to care because they have new reps joining the org and closing business to make up for the lack of business closed by fully ramped reps so it evens out in their eyes.
