Great product and great people, but territories are highly saturated and the fixed account book gets you locked into the worst accounts that no one wants. Extremely hard to break into net new accounts due to low cost competitors and personas never want to evaluate new technologies. Current customers can be great or never want to talk with you, so luck of the draw if you have upsell opportunities. Company overhired and is seriously feeling the pain of too many reps with not enough good accounts to go around. Tons of support from leadership and great people, but salesforce is a mess and lots of processes are mind bogglingly backwards and take tons of unnecessary time to learn and do Browse Other Reviews
