I've loved working for Samsara since day 1. Leadership is fantastic, they support each seller and offer great development and feedback. This company invests in its employees, and lessons learned here can be carried on to help individuals even if they move on to another organization. This is one of the rare unicorn companies, and it feels like you're a part of something bigger than yourself.

A great company with great leadership from managers, directors all the way to the CEO. SMB/Commercial sales has been getting tougher to sell to and much more of a grind as the product, while superior in the industry, caters towards more larger companies.
