Turning into an outbounding only role with leads coming in rarely. Certain Geos and segments are barely can get to 50% of quota.

Good solution, good tech. Biggest problem is no one is making any money. Overhired and tiny territories. I am.an enterprise rep and never seen attainment sub 20% before.
