Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Samsara is a great company to work for. They are generous with benefits and pay, but you won't be around long to take advantage of them if you don't hit your number. Quota feels slightly harder than average to achieve and performance plans go into effect fast. Product fit is excellent, but the downfall in the industry is that the product is mandated for many companies, meaning they are constantly locked into a contract and it's very hard to win business unless you are in the right place at the right time. My advice would be to skip the commercial segment if you can and start at mid-market or higher because those segments offer buyouts and the in-person meetings that really win the business.
