I regret to express my dissatisfaction with my time at Samsara. The leadership displayed toxicity, resulting in an unfavorable work atmosphere. Instances of unfair treatment, racism, and discrimination were prevalent, casting a shadow over the professional environment.
Moreover, my interactions with the HR department were disappointing, as the support and resolution I anticipated were notably lacking.
Would not recommend, especially in the DACH market, even though the other markets also go through this. Firing people on consistent basis with unfair and unfounded allegations, I really loved my colleagues, but it's very sad that leadership is so bad.
If all you want is money and your an extremely high performer then go ahead, but even then it's very hard to get internally get a promotion, a lot of empty promises.
Again this is my experience, you do what you think is best for you.
