Unrealistic OTE for Mid-Market AEs with no one at quota. Dirty SFDC hygiene with 1 SDR supporting all AEs.

SDR and different departments not always on the same page SFDC data hygiene is horrid. Im spending most of the time finding accounts that are not workable when building pipeline Overwhelming expectations even if quota is hit
