My overall experience was fantastic. As any company, Salesforce is evolving to the ever-changing landscape of the macro environment and has had to make difficult and sometimes unpopular decisions. Your direct line of leadership will matter the most and determine what type of experience you ultimately have so really lean in there.

Zero career advancement for anything below mid market. Way too many false promises and the RTO is completely toxic.
