I enjoyed Salesforce overall. I was less than impressed with leadership and the way they lead sales teams. Wasn't super transparent and supportive. Expect a lot (which is fine) but also have unrealistic expectations with little to no support.

My overall experience was ok. It's a great company with a great culture. Career growth is definitely limited with the restructure and hiring freezes. You tend to find yourself stuck in a role that you planned to get promoted out of months ago.
