Salesforce is a bit of a cult. They get you drink the Koolaid hard. Now that they sales are struggling there is SOOO much micromanagement and focus on irrelevant KPIs just so that your manager can manage up. Great name to have on the CV though but very patch/territory dependent as they have so many reps now. You get an average of 40 existing accounts and 100 prospect accounts for core. Ain't much if its rubbish.

Salesforce is one of the best places to work. Territory and timing matter. Salesforce being as big as it is has pockets
