Former Employee3.3Jan 22, 2025Positive experience overall. I would say that my colleagues were fantastic and the development training helped me be the sales rep I am today. However, there was a lot of external hiring to hit certain growth metrics which meant other reps were passed over for promotions. This lead to bad culture and many reps leaving the organization with a bad taste in their mouth.

Current Employee4.1May 2, 2024Salesforce is a great company with a great product. However, the BDR role can be dragged on for a while and promotions to AE are not easy. It's a toss-up whether you fall under good leadership and the success in the role is highly dependent on your leadership and your AEs.
