I have been here for 3 years. Quotas go up 10-20% YoY, but base & OTE stay relatively the same. Benioff loves a good boomerang and sometimes that is the best and only way to move up in this org. Don't fall for the Salesforce Kool-Aid. Great product, and I mean great, but YoY there will be more reps. Things management must change: - Documented criteria on promotion (networking here is key) - Documented criteria on AE participation (minimum requirements to avoid PIP) - Documented criteria for in line promotion (basically you stay in the same role but have higher Base & OTE)

Great experience, I enjoyed working at SFDC for 4 years across commercial and enterprise segments. Great people and great perks to top it all off.
