Positive, big company so some annoying things that obviously come along with that. I wanted to work for a smaller company with closer relationships to the sales leaders so I left. Would recommend this role though

It’s an ok place to work with very vague goals and KPIs. Leadership has become micro managing as we continue to receive pressure from outside investors and the general vibe of the company is everyone is afraid of being put on a PIP or waking up to layoffs one day. High stress low reward environment

Not the best. Life sciences within Salesforce is a tough market because they gave the market to Veeva.

Salesforce can be an incredible place to stop along in your career. The people and pay (including benefits) were the biggest perks for me. Your manager and director will impact you the most so make sure they are a solid tandem. To stay and make a career there you will have to play some corporate politics and perform consistently.
