Salesforce is good but not great, there is a decent pay structure but often as you grow you will not hit quota.

This used to be a great place to be a seller but: > territories keep getting smaller > targets keep getting higher > shift to a "performance culture" means everyone is constantly looking over their shoulder and worrying about being put on a PIP
