My overall experience was good because I got lucky to have a good territory and great AEs. Salesforce is a very political company where the relationship with your manager, your peers and AE matters a lot. The main KPI the managers look after are : the number of call connects, the number and size of your stage 2 opportunities.

My overall experience was good. I was disappointed in how the layoffs were handled. I was not part of those groups but my friends were. Not many hit quota so hard to make the big money or even your OTE.
