Overall Experience is that the company values its leadership's ego more than the employees that pushing the needle. False promises every 1:1 even from the highest level of decision makers for your future and company growth. Pay is decent but will change commission based on good performance. (Meaning if you go above quota they'll lower your pay out per QO) Business ops team will argue your commission until you feel like you'll be fired if you question it. Good place to start if you do not know what a great company to work for feels like.

total smoke and mirrors. Nothing special about the product, extremely disorganized, bloated sales team, lot of bait and switch in the hiring process vs actually working there, not a lot of people hit quota unless they were grandfathered in. Pretty much no culture...
