Very positive but revenue targets are starting to drive up the pressure. Also OTE seems to be capped for the last 5 -7 years.

Unfortunately, SPS will raise your quota to the extreme when you hit over 100% the previous year to avoid paying you out in accelerators. I hit over 150% in 2023, and they raised my quota by 258% for 2024 with the same OTE as 2023.

My overall experience here was based on the Retail Sales group. There were many things great about this company, however there was some sexism coming from the top of this particular group when I was in it.
