There has not been a pay increase in over two years, regardless of performance or tenure, and compared to the rest of the market, the compensation is below average. Quotas for this year are unattainable, causing the majority of the sales organization to struggle. SPS has a good product but cannot implement anything, which makes upsell and retaining customers hard. If you have a good year, you can expect your quota to increase significantly. With a new CEO and a reorganization this year, we will see what changes are to come.
