Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The SDR position is tough. it is 100% outbound. Depending on your vertical there may be no warm leads. You are expected to hit activity metrics such as 50 calls per day. there is no clear path for promotions just work your ass off and maybe your day will come or maybe it won’t. There has been a lot of changes recently and it feels like management is trying to do away with remote work. Honestly there are easier SDR roles out there. But if you want a challenge at a more mature startup then this can be a good place for you.
