Excellent first role out of college to build skills, learn processes, find your niche in the technology space, learn from more tenured sellers and leaders, establish a brand for yourself, and if you’re one of the lucky ones, it can be a permanent destination for you. Fighting for commissions, errors with payment and spiffs, politics & preference in terms of passing along accounts, limited career growth opportunities, etc…

Overall experience as a current employee: Pro: You can make good money at this company. Con: Very few leaders, way too many glorified managers. The company is too large to be this young. House of cards built upon sand.
