My experience at SHI was great overall. I worked in Partner Relationship space and got to work with a lot of major OEMs and the sales teams within SHI. The upper leadership seems to do a really good job of operating the company and making sure it performs well even in very adverse economical conditions. This is a great place to work if you are in sales or partner management. Sales will pay well if you make it to AE level, whereas partner management space doesn't pay so well on the SHI side. However, the tradeoff is great work-life balance, stability and good culture.

Base compensation is low but very similar in pay from other reseller companies. People are great. Lots of free lunches and outings from partner vendors.
