Used to be amazing. Now horrible. Tenured reps are leaving in droves to places where they are appreciated. Recent pay cut to commission is drastic and tone deaf to how weak the support structure is for the actual sales teams. Used to be a great place and now would not recommend to anyone. They literally do not care about their reps or employees in general no matter your tenure or production.

My Overall experience was pretty decent. The people were great managers were great, but the expectations were very high. Quotas are very hard to meet. Training very minimal.
