The only constant at SHI is change. If you can't handle your comp being slashed, having onerous data collection duties placed upon you or working in a horribly toxic culture, don't work there. The senior leaders are completely out of touch with the sales reps on the ground. There is absolutely zero sales training. You're a number in a spreadsheet.

Good experience. Good people at the company. However, out of my entire hiring class of around 30 people probably 5 of them went on to make 6 figures in the next 2 years
