Good experience overall, change is constantly happening between comp structure and the role in general so it can be difficult to manage at times. Sales leadership could be better in terms of training that is provided and communication. Overall great company and fairly easy to hit quota on a consistent basis.

We’ve gone through some turbulent times with getting a new CSO, losing that CSO, and multiple different restructures that have changed all of our Books of Business. Change is common at Semrush.
